The Pelai Restaurant located in the heart of Barcelona, is characterized by its genuine, creative and careful Catalan gastronomy. From March 30th to April 9th will hold its first Gastronomics days of Cannelloni.
For the Gastronomics Days has proposed an open menu with a variety of dishes to choose.
To begin the chef proposes the entrees that are presented in the menu. The protagonists of these Days are the following; Crab cannelonni with avocado, lobster velouté and yuzu pearls; Eggplant cannelloni with ricotta, sweet tomato and spinach; Totters canneloni with foie and cream of pine nuts; Red tuna tartar cannelloni with eggplant foie; Roasted chicken cannelonni with Moscatel and crispy parmesan; and finally, Duck cannelloni with ceps and black truffle.
A good dinner ends with a good dessert and the Restaurant proposes to us Mango cannelloni with marcarpone cream and white coffee foam or Quince cannelloni with Recuit de Drap de Fontela and pine nuts.
To taste with these delicious diches, we propose from our cellar white wine Etcétera (Verdejo) D.O. Rueda; red wine negre Orube 2014 (Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano) D.O. Rioja y Cava Segura Viudas Aria (Macabeo, Xarel.lo, Parellada) D.O.
The gastronomics days of Cannelloni will be available from 13:00h to 16:00h and from 20:00h to 00:00h at the Pelai Restaurant.
