The Pelai Restaurant celebrates another year these days, where you will find different types of stews inspired by the most traditional recipes. Dishes where the priority is to respect the product, such as pardina lentils with bacon, Santa Pau beans with clams and piparras or a veal fricandó with trumpets, plums and txalotas, among others.
